The firm has offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island and specializes in real estate closings. Baruti &Scola are approved attorneys with all the major title insurance companies as agents and handle closings for some of the top financial institutions in its service area.

Daniel C. Baruti received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Salve Regina University, Newport, Rhode Island in 1995. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, Bristol, Rhode Island in 1999. He joined the Rhode Island Bar and was admitted to practice in 2000. He will continue to practice in the Narragansett office.
Nicholas R. Scola of Putnam, Connecticut is a graduate of Boston College in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Boston University School of Law in 1984. Mr Scola also holds a L.L.M. degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1986. He is admitted to practice before all Federal and State Courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Scola will continue to practice in the Danielson and Worcester offices.
